These Terms govern your use of itsyourperson.com (the "Service"), operated by Digital Leads Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service generates an artistic AI portrait and a written reading based on your quiz answers.
Entertainment only. The portrait and reading are creative, entertainment content. They are not predictions, guarantees, matchmaking, or advice of any kind. We make no claim that any real person resembling the portrait exists or that you will meet them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and no further charges are made. To cancel, email hello@itsyourperson.com.
Your portrait and reading are digital content delivered immediately after payment.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (as permitted under UK and EU consumer law).
Because of this, payments are non-refundable once your portrait has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law (for example, if we fail to deliver the content). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from us about your results and, with your consent, about our offers and products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every email.
You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use your generated portrait and reading. We and our licensors retain all other rights in the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to harass any person.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under UK and EU consumer protection law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at itsyourperson.com/terms.
