This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Leads Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use itsyourperson.com (the "Service").

1. What we collect

Quiz answers — your responses to the personality quiz, used to generate your portrait and reading.
Date of birth — provided during the quiz.
Email address — provided before checkout.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage analytics (via Mixpanel), advertising identifiers (via Meta Pixel and Conversions API).

We use trusted service providers to operate the Service:

Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — database hosting
Vercel — website hosting
Anthropic / AI image providers — generating your reading and portrait from your quiz answers
Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API)
Mixpanel — product analytics

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA (primarily in the United States). Where they do, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law (and similar laws in Australia, Canada and New Zealand), you may:

access a copy of your data;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data;
object to or restrict processing;
withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
complain to your local data protection authority;

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics (Mixpanel) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
